Genki 1 An Integrated Course in Elementary Japanese (Workbook) 3rd Edition

This workbook has just been revised in 2020 and is designed as a supplement for the third edition of the textbook Genki: An Integrated Course in Elementary Japanese. This workbook contains grammar, listening, and kanji drills in addition to a new Questions section. The Questions section allows students to create answers freely using what they have learned in the chapter. The workbook also includes access to audio files that accompany the Listening Comprehension sections.

The book is divided into two main sections - the Conversation & Grammar section and the Reading & Writing section. The first section contains a worksheet for each grammar point introduced in the textbook as well as listening comprehension exercises. The second Reading and Writing section consists of kanji worksheets and fill-in-the-blank questions about the kanji. There are also English-to-Japanese translation exercises.

By using this workbook in addition to the textbook, Genki English students will be able to strengthen their skills and master elementary Japanese with greater efficiency.

Note: This book is not compatible with the 2nd edition workbook. The answers are available online HERE for free. A published version of the answer key will be released in October 2020.
