At OMG, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your garments have original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your OMG account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into the box, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
