Structure

• This book contains 13 stories and poems:  six Japanese stories, four foreign stories, two poems, and a “Play with words” section which is a list of Japanese palindromes with accompanying pictures. 
• At the end of the book, there is a 16-page section which consists of quizzes, mazes, and tests to gauge the comprehension and synthesizing competence of the reader in a fun way.
